You can see all of the files on your calculator by opening the device explorer. In a few seconds, it should transfer the program onto you calculator.
Drag the file onto the TI-Connect shortcut. You may need to unzip the file and you should probably move it to a permanent folder on your computer instead of temp. Download the games you want onto your computer. Make sure you put a shortcut of it on your desktop. Download the one that matches your calculator. You will also need the program TI-Connect. 
Usually, the store where you bought the calculator will sell these, or you can find one online. You will need a USB cable that corresponds with your calculator to do this.
Connect your calculator to your computer.
